It is normal to think it would be weird if they reunite - I am a Spice Girls fan and of course it wasn't the same the second way round - but the thing is, when they get together and they sing the songs we like and they inter-actuate with each other like old times, you forget about what they previously did and how different they look like. Honestly? IF Girls Aloud ever come back Cheryl will probably go back to being more the Cheryl we know that the one she is now. Same with all the others.

I agree completely. If the chemistry between the girls remains (which I'm sure it will if they come back), it won't seem like Cheryl and Co., at least not for the girls themselves and for the fans.
When the Spice Girls came back it wasn't Victoria Beckham and the rest (again, not for the fans); it was Posh, Baby, Sporty, Scary and Ginger.

Seems a very odd story though I imagine if they did do a tour I bet they would have  a micorophone stand on stage with the rest incase Cheryl would turn up and bound on the stage a bit like what Take That did before Robbie re joined. A GA album without Cheryl could be interesting though I think for someone who has just got into the band and started collecting their albums etc wouldn't be too happy.

If or when the girls reunite it will be 5 of them or none. Girls Aloud will always be Cheryl, Nicola, Nadine, Kimberley and Sarah! You just gotta look at tweets from welovepop the other day to realise stories like this are utter rubbish!!
