I know what you mean - Live in the country is one of my favorite tracks from OOC album while everybody else hate it and it was even voted as their worst album track ever her on forum in one poll :lol:

but with prefering them as a group over their solo stuff (especially cheryl's) - I deffinitely agree with most people here.

Group work >>>> solo projects

Even though I like almost everything Nadine (complete with a bichon frise on her head), Cheryl and Nicola have done so far I'm finding myself a little bored with it all. Especially since it looks like the 10 year anniversary is definitely going to happen. I am looking forward to Cinderella's Eyes, the Insatiable re-release and what could be Cheryl's third album but part of me just wants them done and over with. I just want to see them all together, performing again.

Some new material would be nice too. :whistling:

I like(d) see the day as well, but I don't think it was a good single choice.
Song and video was perfect for Xmas time when it was released but no matter when you release a song like that - general public will never like it that much.

It would have been a good choice if chemistry was a weak album but there were songs with much more single potential that STD (especially models, I still regret to this day that it wasn't released)

ontopic - why would we have to choose to have either them as a group or as solo artsist when we could have both...for example one year they're a group, next year they do a tour and release solo material (I don't want them to tour as solo artists, it's much more fun to have all 5 of them on stage, if there was only one member on the stage for 2 hours I'd die of boredom, even if it was Nicola who's my favorite.)
Solo TV performances for solo material promotion - yeah, bring it on! I love to see them perform a song or two as solo, but anything more than 3 solo songs and I'm starting to yawn :drama:

it was a fans favorite, as well as "waiting", so I'm sure any of those two songs would chart better than STD. and we'd also get a much better video instead of STD boredom :lol: don't get me wrong, the girls look stunning in the video but there's just nothing happening so I find it boring to watch.

on album I deffinitely prefer models...but on chemistry tour I liked STD much more than models. I loved that every girl got to sing equal parts of verses, instead of mostly nadine. and I hated choreography and outfits for models.

I'm usually against "fan favs" a lot of the time. I found See The Day better than both those songs, and love the video for the song. Very simple and lovely. Not too distraction from beautiful girls.

Really hope that's true. Read on PJ (probably where you got it from? :p) this person was the first to report about Beat Of My Drum and is indeed reliable.
